This Restricted Jurisdictions Policy ("Policy") forms part of the ClickOptions Terms of Service. It defines the jurisdictions where ClickOptions operated by Gamma Desk S.A., registration number 155773887, incorporated in Panama ("the Company", "we", "us") does not provide services, either due to legal restrictions, regulatory requirements, or the Company's own risk assessment.

Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform and/or the Website is permitted under the laws applicable to them.

Residents, citizens, or persons accessing the Platform and/or the Website from the following jurisdictions are strictly prohibited from using ClickOptions services:

• United States of America (including all territories)
• Russia
• Belarus
• North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
• Cuba
• Syria
• Iran
• Sudan
• Panama
• Crimea region (Ukraine/Russia)
• Donbas regions (Ukraine/Russia – including Donetsk and Luhansk)

This list may be updated at the Company's sole discretion.

If the Company determines that a user has registered or accessed the Platform and/or the Website in breach of this Policy:

• The account may be immediately suspended or terminated,
• Any untraded balance may be returned to the original source wallet (subject to compliance checks), and
• The Company may report the activity to relevant authorities.
